We are one of the first human-centered professional dance company dedicated to early post-college dancers—not a school, not an apprenticeship, but a real professional company that embraces growth and transition.  The human-centered approach focuses on the whole dancer. Not only will we focus on dance as an art form, but we will also focus on physical, emotional, and mental well-being, leadership, financial planning, and career development. This is a launchpad where newly graduated dancers earn a living doing what they love, while building their career.
